Road Hazard & Tire Replacement Policy

If your tire fails due to a normal road hazard, any Tires Only! location will replace it and install it completely free of charge. If by chance, a Road Hazard Policy adjustment is required outside of a reasonable range away from a Tires Only! location, Tires Only! will reimburse you the cost of your original tire purchase from Tires Only!. All that is required is three (3) photos of the non-repairable covered tire originally purchased and covered by the Tires Only! Platinum Promise Plus Road Hazard Policy, along with a copy of the invoice the replacement tire was purchased on. Just mail or email the photos and replacement tire invoice to:

Upon receipt and review of the above information, Tires Only! will mail you a check for the original purchase price of the adjusted tire. Please allow 14 business days for delivery.

Coverage Details & Qualifications

Duration: Regardless of mileage, you will be covered for 3 years (36 months) from the purchase date or until the tread wears down to 4/32″, whichever comes first.
What’s Covered: Non-repairable punctures, cuts, or breaks that occur while driving on paved or unpaved roads.
Requirements: You must provide proof of required regular tire rotations

Policy Exclusions & Limitations:

Tread Depth: For consumer safety, a tire’s optimal performance is greatly reduced at 4/32″, which therefore voids further coverage.
Vehicle Limitations: Excludes commercial vehicles
Damage Exclusions: Does not cover off-road damage, tires run flat, improper inflation, or damage caused by customer neglect
Replacement Terms: Covers only the damaged or defective tire(s). Replacement tires must meet original vehicle manufacturer specifications. The customer is responsible for the cost of replacing any accompanying tires.
